The Village School is an online platform offering workshops and masterclasses in a range of disciplines. Led by professional creatives, workshops are delivered through pre-recorded videos which can be accessed indefinitely by users. Further content includes, but is not limited to live streams, downloadable documents and recommended resources.

Intellectual property and acceptable use

1. All Content included on the Website, unless uploaded by Users, is the property of Rogue Village Productions Ltd, our affiliates or other relevant third parties. Fees and Refunds

1. The Village School reserves the right to change charges for using any of its services at any time including, but not limited by sales, discounts and affiliate offers. Such changes will not be applicable to any payments made before such changes.
2. No refunds are offered on workshop fees.

Lifetime Access

1. Students receive lifetime access when they purchase a workshop.

General

1. You may not transfer any of your rights under these terms and conditions to any other person. We may transfer our rights under these terms and conditions where we reasonably believe your rights will not be affected.
2. These terms and conditions may be varied by us from time to time. Such revised terms will apply to the Website from the date of publication. Users should check the terms and conditions regularly to ensure familiarity with the then current version.
