All Village School classes include 1–2 hours of pre-recorded video classes broken into easy to follow chapters. You will also have access to the class toolkit which includes tools of the trade; recipes; tasks as well as recommended brands/retailers, reading lists, websites and social media accounts.

Once you have purchased a class you will receive login details to access your own learner page. This will include access to all video content as well as class toolkit. You can watch on your desktop computer, laptop, tablet or smartphone but will require an internet connection. Classes cannot be viewed offline.

All workshops are pre-recorded and can be watched whenever you want and as often as you want. Once you’ve purchased a course you will have lifelong access to it.

The Village School is a curated platform and we’re always keen to hear from potential mentors. However, we receive a high number of enquiries and are unable to accommodate all requests. We will respond to all enquiries so please complete our Become a Mentor form here. Please note we won’t consider a workshop that already exists on our platform so please ensure your workshop is unique either by content or competency level.

Yes. Beautifully designed and packaged gift cards are available from our gift page alongside specially selected products, books and add-ons from our mentors.

Your gift card contains a unique code which can be entered on the redeem page.

Yes. Materials are not included in the course but a full list of what you will need and recommendations are included in our toolkit.

We are currently only shipping to the UK. However, courses can be purchased online from anywhere in the world. Shipping only applies to our physical items.

If your course was a gift and you have a gift code:

1. Pop the gift code in here
2. Click ‘Start Learning’ and Create an Account (this is the email and password they will use to log in to the course each time)
3. Click ‘Complete Sign Up’
4. Done!

If you purchased the course for yourself:

1. Click ‘Log In’ top right corner next to ‘Cart’
2. Enter the email address and password you used to purchase the course
3. Your courses will be under ‘Purchases’
4. Enjoy learning!
